This experience, which will take place in the rustic kitchen of Quinta da Fonte Santa, one of the last rural properties on the slope of Vila Nova de Gaia, will have a historical background on the role of the village of 'VilaNova' and 'Gaya' in the social and economic growth of the city of Porto! Savor some of the most famous Portuguese snacks, such as 'alheira' or 'pataniscas de Bacalhau', while helping to make one of the traditional cod dishes... so you can participate in its preparation, you have the Fonte Santa apron at your disposal! Enjoy lunch on the terrace of the FONTE SANTA house with a fantastic view over Porto! Besides the Douro's green and mature wines, we'll serve Quinta Lemonade, water, and soft drinks for the little ones. Finish with a 'grand finale,' savoring the traditional leite creme or aletria... accompanied by a glass of Port Wine!
