If you are traveling with children, please inform us at the time of booking so that child/baby seats are available. Our vehicles are not adapted. In the case of people with mobility limitations requiring professional help, adapted vehicles and/or carriers of extra luggage (e.g. wheelchair) must be indicated so that we can check availability. Excessive or unusually large luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bicycles) may be subject to restrictions. Please inform us if this situation arises. You must know your time and flight number. We are not responsible for wrong times and/or flights. To be picked up at the arrivals, with a driver having a sign with your name, you can add-on that option at the reservation. Otherwise, the driver will be waiting outside and you have to contact him when you arrive to the outside.
