Experience a live Fado concert that spans traditional and modern Portuguese music, including a tribute to Amália Rodrigues. This performance offers a cultural journey through different musical eras.
The dinner includes carefully selected regional dishes, starting with appetizers such as cod fritters, artisan bread, and rojõezinhos with pickles, paired with Sílica White 2023 from the Douro Valley. The main course features slow-cooked veal confit with Mirandela alheira, potato purée, broccoli, and confit cherry tomatoes, served with São Lourenço Tinto 2019 from Bairrada.
The meal concludes with a dessert of freshly churned crème fraîche topped with caramelised pecans and red berries, accompanied by a glass of Croft Reserve Tawny NV Port wine.
