Description

Get picked up from your accommodation and head to the beach. Meet your instructor and learn about the ocean, the surfboard, basic surf safety, and etiquette. Warm up and go over land-based skills such as positioning, paddling, and the pop-up movement. Enter the water with your instructor, who will guide you step by step, help you catch your first waves, and provide continuous feedback. After your time in the water, take a few moments to review your progress, answer any questions, and simply enjoy the ocean vibes before heading back to your accommodation. Enjoy a lesson lasting approximately 90 to 120 minutes, led by experienced surf coaches. All equipment is provided, including a surfboard suited to your level, wetsuit or rash guard, leash, and wax. Learn the basics of ocean safety, wave reading, board handling, and surf etiquette. Before hitting the water, receive land-based coaching on techniques like paddling, popping up, and balancing. Get hands-on instruction and support throughout the session to ensure progression and fun. Stay hydrated and energized with complimentary bottled water and light snacks.
