Learn how to match textures and flavors in a fun, guided tasting with the best Portuguese products — perfect for your next party or picnic! Or choose one of our “Demystify Wine” 45-minute workshops and taste 5 different wines, according to a theme of your choice (Includes a booklet from the Demystifying Wine collection): 1. How to Taste Wine: Wine tasting is more than sipping. Learn to read colour, spot aromas, and evaluate wines with simple techniques — no prior knowledge needed. 2. Uncorking Port Wine: Unlock the secrets of Port Wine. Learn the difference between Tawny and Ruby, how they age, and which glass to choose. 3. Portuguese Regions: With a journey from north to south with guided tastings that reveal each region’s climate, soils, grapes, and styles. 4. Wine Pairing with Portuguese Gastronomy: Pair wine with Portugal’s flavours. Enjoy 5 wines with six traditional bites — from codfish cake to pastel de nata. • The Wine School is open daily from 11:00 AM until 06:00 PM (last entrance).
• Use your ticket anytime, on the selected date, during the school opening hours (subject to the capacity of the venue at the time of arrival).
• If you purchased the Demystify Workshop, you can choose the theme on the spot, no advance decision required.
