Next, we distribute all necessary equipment, then warm up with a walk along the scenic Quelhas walkway leading to the start of the canyon. As you descend, you’ll explore the riverbed through activities like abseiling down waterfalls, jumping, and sliding into small natural lagoons. This will be our starting point. - Briefing session and distribution of equipment. - A short walk along the scenic Ribeira das Quelhas walkways to reach the canyoning starting point (10 to 15 minutes). - Technical briefing on canyoning techniques and safety guidelines. - Begin the 650-meter descent, an action-packed journey filled with excitement and adrenaline (estimated 2 to 3 hours). - Exit the river close to the car park, making it easy to retrieve your vehicle. - Return of equipment and conclusion of our services. - After the adventure, if you’re up for it, we’d love to get together for a bite or a drink, share stories and recap the day’s highlights.
